With more than three decades spent across artist management, DJing and leading A&R for a globally recognised label, Archie has built a career around one thing: a genuine love of music and the people who create it.
Over that time, he has helped build multiple Gold and Platinum records that have generated billions of streams worldwide, working hands-on with an endless list of artists, songwriters and producers across the industry.
Beyond the record business, Archie has played a key role in developing artist projects and creating tours across almost every continent, combining sharp music-business strategy with strong creative instincts and a deep understanding of what artists need to succeed.
Beginning as an artist himself, he brings a perspective that goes beyond traditional management. His background in A&R allows him to work closely with artists on records, creative direction and long-term career development, helping bridge the gap between the business and the music.
